Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree requirement: accredited college degree in CS/engineering/IT related field with 24 semester hours in related areas.
• Top Secret clearance required.
• Duties include planning IT and communications improvements, evaluating systems, and planning long-range IT needs.

Responsibilities

• Performs studies and establishes plans to improve IT and communications efficiency.
• Develops short and long range plans to meet IT needs of the organization.
• Prepares documentation and briefs on hardware/software requirements and funding.
• Evaluates mission effectiveness and manages evaluations of personnel and systems.
