Job summary

Qualifications

• Performs studies to improve IT and communications processes.
• Audits IT programs and interprets DoD/AF guidance.
• Evaluates mission effectiveness and coordinates evaluations.
• Advises on program evaluation, policy requirements, and resource needs.
• Coordinates with HQ, vendors, and support facilities for issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Develops long-range IT plans and justifications for funding.
• Defines metrics, analyzes performance, and tracks resources.
• Ensures unit standards and evaluates personnel and systems.
• Recommends improvements and prepares management reports.
• Handles interagency coordination for IT hardware and software.
