Job summary

Department of War, War Media Activity (WMA) seeks a seasoned IT program manager at GS-14 to lead development, implementation, and compliance of IT plans and architectures to support its academic mission.

You will supervise a hybrid civilian/contractor workforce, coordinate with DoD and DISA directives, oversee large-scale projects, and provide guidance on budget, risk, and policy to senior leadership.

• Direct planning and oversight of large-scale cross-functional IT projects with cybersecurity compliance.
