Qualifications

• Experience with policies, risks, processes, and controls; technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and lead IT policy review meetings with stakeholders.
• Support document management system; complete testing and track workflows.
• Track approvals needed for publication of IT Governance Documents.
• Write, edit, and distribute policy change bulletins.
• Review policy change requests; support policy change control process.
• Analyze compliance requirements, gaps, and perform QA across policy corpus.
• Study and stay up to date on NIST, NYDFS, ITIL frameworks.
• Support IT governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
• Produce compliance reports, status reports, and KPIs for IT Compliance Management.
