Job summary

CorSource Technology Group in Portland, OR is seeking a Technical Business Analyst II for a 12-month contract to support IT PMO initiatives across multiple business lines. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, facilitate stakeholder sessions, and ensure traceability from goals to detailed requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology/systems or related field preferred.
7+ years of experience in business analysis or IT.
Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

Elicit and document business requirements for IT systems across projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to determine goals, scope, and success criteria.
Create and maintain traceability from goals to functional requirements.
Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate workshops.
Develop and review user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
Assess impact of changes and support Change Management activities.
