The IT PMO Project Intern supports the IT project team in delivering a key implementation: our Hermes Warehouse Management System, built on Manhattan SCALE. Working alongside an IT Project Manager, the intern will help complete final implementation readiness and prepare the project for closeout, making sure open items are tracked to resolution, documentation is complete and ready for handoff, and lessons learned are captured for future initiatives. This role is ideal for a curious, detail‑oriented student who wants real‑world exposure to how IT projects are planned, managed, and brought across the finish line in a fast‑paced retail organization.
