Job summary

You will supervise 1–2 coordinators, coordinate with facilities, governance committees, and stakeholders, and build project management capability across IT, delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP certification from PMI.
• Seven or more years of progressive IT project management experience including ERP implementations.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience leading staff or project teams.
• Experience establishing PMO processes, governance, or PMO functions.

Responsibilities

• PMO Establishment and Governance: design and implement the PMO framework, governance, and templates; create dashboards and risk registers.
• Project Delivery: manage Workday HCM/Finance implementation and AV/IT projects with stakeholders and vendors; ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Team Leadership: supervise 1–2 coordinators/analysts; develop PMO capabilities and provide coaching to staff.
