Job summary

PACCAR invites a Winter Internship student to join the IT Division PMO, supporting project managers and assisting in managing a portfolio of IT projects. The role involves learning the PACCAR project management methodology, Agile practices, and risk management while engaging with a global, diverse team.

Ideal candidates have a related degree, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Curiosity about IT program management and agile development.
• Experience with complex projects is a plus.
• Understanding of project management, Scrum, and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO activities and assist project managers on active projects.
• Learn and apply Agile development processes with project teams.
• Help define scope, resources, risks, schedules, and budgets under guidance.
• Participate in PMO process improvements and portfolio management activities.
• Develop executive presence through PMO meetings and presentations.
