Capital Health is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead complex information system projects, ensuring automated solutions align with business needs. You will oversee scope, budget, and timelines while communicating updates to senior management and stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years of project leadership in IT, PMP preferred, and familiarity with networking concepts and vendor management. This is a full-time position based in Virginia with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in a related discipline; PMP certification preferred.
• 3–5 years implementing and managing IT projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Networking Concepts and Vendor Management.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicates solutions to management through formal presentations of findings and recommendations.
• Analyzes complex processes and identifies alternative solutions.
• Evaluates impact of current and proposed systems with cost/benefit analysis.
• Manages project scope and defines detailed business requirements with partners.
• Develops and maintains project plans and coordinates staff to meet timelines.
• Prepares implementation plans and coordinates cross-functional efforts.
