Job summary

RGP is building a network of IT PMO professionals to lead ERP modernization, AI adoption, digital transformations, and ServiceNow programs across the enterprise.

Join us on the East Coast preferred, with remote opportunities nationwide. You will lead governance, manage plans, risks, budgets, and stakeholder alignment using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project, program, PMO, Agile, or transformation experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology or business initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments.
• Track record of delivering measurable business results.
• Preferred Certifications (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, ITIL).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Establish project governance, reporting, and PMO best practices.
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Facilitate collaboration across business, technology, and executive stakeholders.
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Support organizational change management and adoption efforts.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and portfolio status updates.
• Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
