Job summary

Entegris in Chaska, MN is seeking an IT Portfolio and Project Management Co-Op for Spring 2027. This full-time, six-month assignment supports the Portfolio & Project Management Office (PMO) by refining processes and tooling.

You will gain hands-on PMO experience, work with Power Platform, PowerBI and Smartsheet, and help PMs with resource planning and documentation. Strong MS Office and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in IS, CS, or related field with graduation Spring 2027 or later.
• Currently enrolled as a student eligible for a co-op program.
• Familiarity with PMO concepts and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Create, review and refine PMO processes and docs for training and methodology.
• Enhance PPM tools by helping with requirement docs and project execution.
• Test and implement changes in core PPM tools and assist resource planning.
