Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Strong Excel skills; exposure to ERP systems.
• Interest in IT/PLM environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT department with daily activities and special projects to learn the IT function.
• Develop an automated scorecard to balance TSV goals and performance.
• Investigate TSV environment and CMBD integration.
• Update PLM systems: Teamcenter installation scripts and automate reports.
• Learn Salesforce and develop admin understanding of its tools.
• Learn change control processes in Salesforce and implement changes into production.
• Support internal groups and customers by implementing platform changes to reduce manual processes.
• Gain exposure to business needs by developing new processes and technologies.
