Qualifications

• College degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience in IT.
• ITIL Foundation certification is required or equivalent.
• CCNA certification is required.
• A+ Network certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor enterprise network infrastructure across IT and OT.
• Perform patching, backups, and incident remediation for servers and appliances.
• Handle access management, AD/GPO administration, and user provisioning.
• Schedule maintenance windows and execute change management processes.
• Create reports and present results to stakeholders.
