The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure management and the ability to build trust across IT and the business. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong people leadership in a hybrid work environment, emphasizing continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing, building, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing infrastructure teams.
• Current IT industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Infrastructure team.
• Oversee all infrastructure operations and service delivery.
• Design and approve infrastructure architectures.
