Job summary

United Electric Supply Co. Inc. in New Castle, DE is seeking an IT/OT Specialist to develop, build, and maintain customer OT systems. The role focuses on securing and managing OT environments, with on-call duties monthly and occasional non-business hour work.

Responsibilities include managing OT networks, supporting EPMS, implementing modernization projects, and providing IT/OT technical support. A BS/MS in a related field is preferred, with PME/CCNA/WMI/SQL experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject preferred.
• OT/ICS IT/OT engineering experience with 2–5 years preferred.
• PMI/PM certification or project mgmt exposure is a plus.
• CCNA certification preferred; PME certification or ability to obtain PME.
• Knowledge of SQL; experience with hybrid IT/OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage OT network and virtual environment for key clients.
• Support EPMS and energy monitoring systems integration.
• Implement and maintain IT/OT modernization projects.
• Provide technical support for IT/OT equipment and services.
• Troubleshoot and liaison with vendors for resolutions.
• Assist in project deployment and service delivery.
