E Tech Group is seeking an enthusiastic IT/OT Controls Engineer to lead UNS and IT/OT integration projects in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will design, build, and validate scalable data models and secure communications linking shop floor equipment to MES and ERP systems.

You will work across cross-functional IT and OT teams, implement data architectures using MQTT/Sparkplug B, OPC UA, REST, and vendor protocols, and ensure GMP-compliant documentation and validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years in a similar IT/OT controls role.
• Hands-on experience with UNS concepts, MQTT/Sparkplug B, and brokers.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and implement UNS solutions using HiveMQ, HighByte, and Ignition.
• Model plant-floor data into ISA-95 aligned payloads for MES/ERP.
• Integrate shop floor systems with MES/enterprise apps via MQTT, OPC UA, REST.
• Configure edge connectivity to PLCs/SCADA and manage data flow to UNS.
• Use Python for automation, data transformation, and integration tasks.
• Collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure secure, compliant integration.
• Provide technical leadership and support from concept to commissioning.
• Maintain GMP-compliant documentation and project artifacts.
