Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of TSF programs and IT systems used by staff and volunteers.
• Assess gaps in technology tools and capacities; create an IT assessment of tasks and inefficiencies.
• Meet with site supervisors to discuss capacity gaps and co-develop solutions.
• Identify and participate in professional development opportunities related to IT systems and AI tools.
