Job summary

You will supervise IT support experts, coordinate work duties, and ensure quality service while aligning with company targets and budgets. A Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS and CompTIA A+ certification are preferred; 3+ years in IT with leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT operations with leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating IT support, field technicians, and help desk.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and system administration.
• Experience in incident management, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT support staff responsible for operation, maintenance, and repair of IT systems.
• Plan, develops, and executes IT projects; manage budgets and resources.
• Hire, evaluate, mentor, and train IT staff; ensure quality service standards.
• Ensure documentation, policies, and procedures are followed; provide off-hours support.
