Job summary

Ashland Credit Union in Ashland, KY is seeking an IT Manager to join its IT Department. The role will support, troubleshoot, operate, maintain and optimize data systems and networks while delivering a world-class banking experience to members.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical aptitude, written and verbal communication, and leadership skills. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred. Some travel and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with IT operations, networks, data security, and banking software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT services in alignment with ACU's standards and procedures.
• Provide direct technical support to internal staff and members.
• Oversee IT operations, servers, networks, backups, and data processing systems.
• Manage IT equipment lifecycle and ensure inventory is up to date.
• Coordinate scheduling of IT tasks and ensure documentation is complete.
