Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in relevant technology fields.
• Have a GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT Operations and IT Security on operational tasks.
• Exposure to incident response activities.
• Help maintain patches and updates on systems.
• Support identity and access management tasks.
• Develop automation scripts for operational tasks.
• Update and maintain documentation.
