Qualifications

• 5–7 years in IT Operations or Technical Support roles, ideally in SaaS or cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of compliance controls and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and incident responses effectively.
• Translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders during incidents.
• Mentor future IT team members and write runbooks for recurring issues.
