Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support IT Infrastructure: assist in maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure powering Schwan’s manufacturing facilities.
• Configure & Implement Windows Server: help with configuration and deployment of Windows Server.
• Troubleshoot Technical Issues: aid in identifying and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate on Infrastructure Projects: work with senior engineers on projects to upgrade infrastructure.
• Contribute to Performance Stability: participate in initiatives to provide stable, high‑performing IT environments.
• Proactively Resolve Issues: assist in identifying tools and processes to prevent IT problems.
• Apply Established Procedures: follow existing IT administration procedures to ensure reliability.
• Monitor System Performance: help monitor system performance metrics and alerts.
