Ferrovial Construction is seeking an IT Manager to oversee IT infrastructure and services across project offices. You will supervise desktop support, local infrastructure, corporate services, and local solutions, coordinating with corporate IT teams for secure operations.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in technical support, an IT degree, and certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ and Microsoft. A proactive, service‑oriented mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in technical support.
• Associate degree or higher in IT (BS preferred).
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ and Microsoft certifications preferred.
• Self-starter, proactive, with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Service oriented and good social skills.
• Ability to transmit directions and training for users.

Responsibilities

• Desktop Support: supervise onboarding, equipment delivery and installation.
• Maintain IT assets inventory (desktops, laptops, mobile devices).
• Provide onsite support for issues requiring physical intervention.
• Prepare old equipment for disposal; track mobile services billing.
• Escalate critical events and provide incident support at client offices.
• Local infrastructure: manage cabling, server room resources and environmental controls.
• Manage local printers and integration with corporate network.
• Support corporate projects related to comms, software provision, and equipment relocation.
• Develop and administer local IT solutions in coordination with corporate IT teams.
• Monitor access to local systems and assist with IT audits.
