Ferrovial Construction-Webber 99 is seeking an IT Manager to oversee IT infrastructure and services across project offices. You will supervise desktop support, asset inventory, and on-site service delivery while coordinating with corporate IT for network and software provisioning.

The role emphasizes management of local infrastructure, server room resources, security access, and environmental conditions, with a focus on proactive issue resolution and IT audits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical support.
• Associate degree or higher in IT (BS preferred).
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ and Microsoft certifications preferred.
• Self-starter, proactive, with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Desktop Support: supervise onboarding, equipment delivery/installation, asset inventory tracking, onsite support, disposal of old equipment, and mobile services billing.
• Local infrastructure: supervise cabling, manage server room resources, ensure proper environmental conditions, and support printers integration to the network.
• Corporate Services: assist with comms and network projects, incident resolution, and software provisioning.
• Local Solutions: develop and administer local IT solutions, monitor access to local systems, and assist IT audits.
