Job summary

Legends Global seeks an IT Manager to oversee networks, phone systems, and IT infrastructure at the Oklahoma City Convention Center. The role includes developing security policies, disaster recovery plans, and optimizing performance while guiding staff and managing vendor contracts.

The candidate will report to executive leadership, maintain budgets, and ensure reliable IT services during events, including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in MIS, Networking, Security, or related field.
• Four+ years of experience with enterprise networks.
• Two+ years with NGFWs.
• Two–four years in public assembly industry (stadiums, arenas, or convention centers).

Responsibilities

• Develop network troubleshooting strategies to minimize downtime and costs.
• Plan and upgrade network software as new versions are released.
• Monitor security policies and incident response and report to leadership.
• Supervise IT staff across computing, network, and phone teams.
• Schedule staff to cover facility hours and ensure service levels.
• Oversee help desk and ensure user IT needs are met.
• Maintain inventories, procurement, and contract management for IT assets.
• Collaborate with Event Services to align pricing and cost controls for IT services.
