Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of accounting or finance experience.
• Working knowledge of financial information and related operational statistics.
• Familiarity with budgeting and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, administration and monitoring of budgets across affiliated entities.
• Assist with year-end reconciliation processes and revenue/expense allocation.
• Monitor financial performance, identify variances and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate monthly invoicing and related financial transactions.
• Administer reimbursement processes in accordance with policies.
• Conduct financial analyses, forecasting and modeling to inform decisions.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports for physician compensation and practice management.
• Create dashboards and analytics for incentive and compensation plans.
