Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight seeks an IT Operations Engineer II to join our HelpDesk team. This generalist role supports employees across platforms, OS, and productivity tools. The ideal candidate takes ownership of issues end-to-end and communicates clearly with non-technical users.

The role is hybrid from Englewood, CO, with opportunities to improve self-service capabilities, AI tooling, and cross-functional IT initiatives within a globally distributed End User Services team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a HelpDesk, IT Support, or IT Operations role in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact on the HelpDesk and triage end-user issues across platforms.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Support Slack as the primary team messaging platform, including workspace administration and integrations.
• Manage Windows and macOS endpoints using Intune and Jamf Pro, including enrollment and OS updates.
• Work in Jira Service Management, maintain SLA compliance, and document incidents clearly.
• Support Google Workspace alongside M365: mail flow, shared drives, calendar administration.
• Assist with email security administration (ProofPoint) across M365 and Google Workspace.
• Support Zoom Rooms across office locations and lifecycle of employees from onboarding to offboarding.
• Identify improvements by building JSM automations and AI-assisted workflows.
