Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking an IT Specialist II to support a globally recognized company in Colorado. You will lead deployments, troubleshoot critical production issues, and partner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to deliver validated IT solutions across manufacturing and labs.

Required are strong IT/OT knowledge, SAP/S4HANA experience, and the ability to work across GMP/GxP requirements. This role emphasizes IT resilience and compliance while coordinating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in IT operations, manufacturing IT, or regulated environments.
• Experience supporting global deployment of systems in multinational orgs.
• Background in GMP/GAMP/CSV compliance and validated environments.

Responsibilities

• Understand business reqs and translate into technical specs for IT solutions.
• Lead deployment of IT factory-based systems in Manufacturing, Quality, and Warehouse areas.
• Support incident triage, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to minimize production impact.
• Document IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities for IT systems.
• Coordinate IT resiliency and disaster recovery procedures for business continuity.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to qualify lab instruments per GxP.
