Job summary

Stefanini, Inc. is seeking an IT Specialist II in Aurora, CO to lead IT operations for manufacturing and laboratory environments. The role involves deployment, troubleshooting, and partnering with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to maintain compliant, validated IT systems.

The candidate should have a strong background in GMP, CSV, and SAP experience, with hands-on MES/LES support across production and warehouse contexts. This is a full-time, onsite position in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, application support, or solution delivery within manufacturing or regulated industrial environments
• Experience in multinational/global orgs deploying global systems at site level
• Strong GMP, GAMP, and CSV background
• Hands-on MES/LES support in production, quality, and warehouse environments
• Strong SAP experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA) supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or quality processes

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them to technical specifications; design, build, deploy IT solutions and provide maintenance.
• Act as IT service facilitator for factory-based systems (Manufacturing, Quality, WMS, Open+, Logistics).
• Participate in implementing new systems and digital initiatives in Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
• Collect requirements for changes in processes and technical areas.
• Coordinate deployment and localization of global IT solutions and ensure traceability.
• Support lab IT systems and ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards.
