TD is seeking an IT Operations Analyst IV in Charlotte, NC to provide broad operational support for applications and systems, including incident management, environment monitoring, and production support. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of IT operations/support experience.
  • A+, Microsoft, Cisco, TQM, ITIL certifications preferred.

  • Assist with installation, configuration, and upgrades of business applications.
  • Develop and monitor scripts to address gaps in the environment.
  • Perform problem determination and data analysis.
