Job summary

Nemak Spain SL. is seeking an IT Network Specialist to build out and maintain the facility's LAN/WAN and server infrastructure in the USA. The role ensures secure, reliable connectivity across departments and supports ongoing modernization efforts.

The successful candidate will monitor networks, apply patches, collaborate with vendor partners, and advance the internal technology roadmap while driving operational efficiency and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of network and infrastructure experience.
• Project management, Linux shell, basic scripting, and Cisco CNA.

Responsibilities

• Works with internal business partners to develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Monitors Data, Processes, and Wireless networks to make sure they are running optimally.
• Updates, Patches, and Upgrades as necessary to all existing LAN/WAN and Wireless hardware.
• Execute administrative activities according to our established policies and procedures.
• In collaboration with vendor partners manage the support for all existing Data, Process, Wireless hardware, and WAN circuits.
• Self develops according to internal technology roadmap and industry technology trends
