Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure, configuring devices (firewalls, routers, switches), monitoring performance, and documenting architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of hands-on network administration experience.
• Proficient with configuring, installing, and troubleshooting networking hardware and firewalls.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.

• Network Infrastructure & Support - 80%
  • Design, implement, and maintain unified communications and collaboration systems.
  • Configure and troubleshoot networking devices, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Create and present detailed infrastructure designs, including test plans, resource estimates, and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network architecture and configuration.
  • Perform regular system audits to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
  • Support other IT-related initiatives as assigned.
• Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization - 10%
  • Analyze warehouse operations to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Implement initiatives to improve merchandise flow and delivery performance.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for operational enhancements.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration - 10%
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment aligned with company values.
  • Support a culture of safety, well-being, and two‑way communication across teams.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of hands‑on experience in network administration.
• Proficient in configuring, installing, and troubleshooting networking hardware and firewalls.
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Windows Server Administration
  • Active Directory
  • DNS and DHCP
• Experience with Linux environments is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
