Our client in Brownsville, Wisconsin is seeking an IT Administrator II (Network) to join the IT Department and support the Network Operations team. The role emphasizes implementing enterprise infrastructure, monitoring performance, and resolving network issues to ensure security and reliability.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience with routing, switching, VLANs, and SDN concepts, including EIGRP, BGP, and OSPF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise-level infrastructure hardware and systems.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, wireless technologies, VLAN, and L2/L3 configuration.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain enterprise infrastructure, networks, systems, and platforms to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Support technical projects and initiatives, including small-sized implementation projects and network optimization efforts.
• Monitor and tune the performance and availability of corporate LAN/WAN environments.
• Troubleshoot and document network issues, participate in root cause analysis, and escalate incidents as needed.
• Act as a point of escalation for Service Desk incidents and requests related to network infrastructure.
