Compensation: Up to $22/hr

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Position: IT Materials Clerk

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Materials Clerk to join their team!

This is a fantastic entry point into the IT world for someone with basic technical knowledge and a strong desire to grow in the field. The IT Materials Clerk will be fully onsite, supporting IT operations by fulfilling physical asset orders and maintaining inventory accuracy. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity ideal for someone who’s dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to gain experience in a technical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill material requests by processing and assembling IT assets for distribution
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate records of supplies
• Communicate with internal teams via phone and ticketing systems to coordinate asset delivery and support
• Receive and inspect incoming materials for quality and completeness
• Perform data entry and administrative duties to support IT and supply chain operations
• Assist with general housekeeping to keep storage and work areas clean and safe

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1+ year of work experience in an administrative, IT, or inventory-related role
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to learn and utilize inventory systems such as SAP
• High school diploma or GED

Nice To Have Skills & Experience:

• Exposure to IT hardware and software
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Experience using ERP or inventory platforms like SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or Sage
