Enterprise Mobility, a leading mobility solutions provider, is seeking an IT Manager in the Workforce Technology organization in St. Louis, MO.

You will lead a diverse engineering team, drive the development lifecycle, and implement enterprise-wide security-focused improvements to support internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets and projects, and ensure adherence to standards while promoting automation and career growth within the

Competenze

Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship by the company for this position.
Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area.
6+ years of related IT experience.
2+ years leading or supporting technology initiatives, including change management, release management, and project delivery.
2+ years of experience in a people leadership role with career planning, training, interviewing, hiring, and performance management.
Experience leading technical teams in Agile/Scrum environments, using Jira and Confluence to manage and deliver multiple projects and releases.
Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities.
