Job summary

Calise & Sons Bakery is seeking a people- & systems-focused IT Manager to execute IT plans aligned with company strategy. You will analyze requirements, automate processes, review system capabilities, and may act as project manager for IT initiatives.

Must have cybersecurity experience and strong problem-solving and communication skills. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS or Information Services, 5–7 years in a similar manufacturing IT role, and the ability to lead system improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS or information services required.
• 5–7 years in a similar IT/OT management role in manufacturing.
• Experience with cybersecurity practices and IT project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff and users with solutions to computer problems.
• Test, maintain, and monitor programs and systems; coordinate upgrades.
• Link and coordinate computer systems to improve information sharing.
• Act as project leader for IT system projects within the company.
• Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses for upgrades or new implementations.
• Maintain integrity of databases and systems within the network.
