Job summary

WE Soda Ltd. in Green River, WY is seeking an IT Manager - SAP Solutions to lead SAP-focused information systems initiatives. The role requires planning, budgeting, and guiding multi-department projects to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in operations HSE, sustainability, LIMS, mining systems and quality processes is preferred.
• Non-SAP projects experience is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years in the field with at least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs in information systems with emphasis on SAP; plan and manage projects.
• Demonstrate experience in SAP systems both technically and strategically.
• Act as business partner to relevant departments or management levels.
• Identify IT projects that improve efficiency and profitability and manage roadmaps.
• Prepare and manage budgets, perform cost-benefit analyses, and prioritize projects.
• Oversee procurement, form teams, and select required technologies; manage stakeholders.

Position Title: IT Manager -SAP Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible foridentifyingneeds in the field of information systems with an emphasis on SAP,planningand managing projects, and providing ongoing support for all functions and information systems.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP systems, both technically and strategically.
• SD, PP, PM, QM knowledge and experience are preferred.
• Act as business partner torelevantdepartments or management levels
• IdentifyIT projects that will improve efficiency and profitability
• Analyze business processes and needs
• Manage roadmaps with departments for areas open to improvement
• Prepare and manage budgets, perform cost-benefit analysis, and prioritize projects
• Oversee procurement, form teams, analyze, select, and teach required technologies
• Manage functional teams, consultants, suppliers
• Ensure project requirements are met within expected time, budget, and quality
• Maintain communication with management to coordinate projects
• Provide training and support for implemented business applications
• Develop,supportand improve procedures
• Driveand supportthe decision-making process for technology selection in alignment with businessstrategies.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to support their processes and develop a common vision.
• Createbusiness cases out of issues, needs, and opportunities

Skills, Capability and Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experienced inoperationsHSE, sustainability, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), mining systems and quality processes preferred.
• Non-SAPprojectsexperienceis aplus
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the field
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience isrequired
• Requires both individual work and team management skills (teams may be direct, indirect, or temporary)
• Self-starter with critical thinking skills. Ability to problem solve and communicate findings to colleagues and management
• Experience as an IS/Applications/Project Manager or similar role
• Knowledge and experience in technologies and applications used in the field of supply chain/operations
• Must be competent in both technical and process knowledge
