What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a team of IT software developers to create and maintain in-house developed software
- Collaborate with laboratory management to identify business needs and solutions
- Gather requirements for improvements and fixes for the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
- Ensure system availability through coordination with IT Infrastructure and Support teams
- Provide tracking and reporting on software task metrics and manage help desk support for LIMS systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience in web technologies
- Knowledge of Vue.js, Angular, Java, and C# preferred
- Familiarity with Eurofins LabServe or Tracker LIMS preferred
- Understanding of Environmental Laboratory Operations
