Job summary

CS Power Systems, a cutting-edge division of Canadian Solar, is hiring an IT Manager to lead manufacturing IT operations in Indiana. You’ll manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, OT, and system integration to support production and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes partnership with cross-functional teams, deployment of industrial software, and mentorship of junior IT staff in a fast-paced solar-energy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between IT and manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment of IT services with business and production objectives.
• Lead IT administration, network and server management, system integration, OT support, and project delivery.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support MES, SAP, WMS, AI and related manufacturing applications.
• Support cybersecurity controls and 24x7 production IT operations.
