Job summary

George T. Sanders Company is seeking an IT Manager to own and advance our IT infrastructure, end-user support, and project portfolio from the Wheat Ridge, CO headquarters.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong project ownership, excellent communication, and the ability to deliver cybersecurity, cloud, and desktop support initiatives on time within budget. Hybrid schedule: Tue–Thu in office; Mon & Fri remote.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure leadership with project ownership.
• Proven track record delivering multi-month IT projects.
• Ability to translate goals into detailed steps, timelines, and budgets.
• Proficient with M365, Azure AD (Hybrid), Windows Server, Hyper-V, and networking.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and MDM platforms.
• Strong communication to non-technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary end-user support contact for ~175 employees across ~20 locations and resolve Tier 1–3 tickets.
• Manage systems: M365, Azure AD (Hybrid), Windows Server, Hyper-V, networking, SSO, email security, MDM, and asset management.
• Own project planning and hands-on execution for cybersecurity, MDM, AD cleanup, and email signature platforms.
• Provide training, status updates, and governance documentation; escalate risks with solutions.
