Job summary

Warren Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation (Warren RECC) is seeking a Manager of Information Technology to lead the IT department, secure and optimize the Cooperative's systems, and drive strategic technology initiatives. This senior role requires extensive experience in information systems, cybersecurity, and team leadership within a utility context.

The Manager will oversee budgets, governance, vendor relations, and IT policy development, while ensuring PCI compliance and robust disaster

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in CS/IT/Communication Systems required.
• Ten years minimum in information systems or related tech.
• Five years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of SCADA, network security, and PCI-related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure operation and security.
• Manage the Cooperative's Cybersecurity Program.
• Oversee IT policies, backups, incident response, and disaster recovery.
• Coordinate IT projects, budgets, vendors, and training initiatives.
• Assist employees with IT training and development.
