Job summary

Yotta Energy Inc. seeks an experienced IT & Cybersecurity Manager to oversee internal technology operations and cybersecurity initiatives. You will be the primary liaison with the managed IT provider, ensuring reliable services and strong security across systems and data.

The role combines hands-on technical work with project management, vendor coordination, and compliance support to create a secure, efficient workplace for a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, cybersecurity, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT operations, systems administration, or cybersecurity.
• Experience with managed service providers.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience managing technology vendors and projects.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations and act as liaison with the managed IT provider.
• Lead cybersecurity program and remediation efforts.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and technology budgets.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and equipment lifecycle for staff.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and SOPs.
• Support audits and drive compliance and security training.
