Job summary

SetPoint Medical is seeking an IT Manager to own the company’s IT infrastructure, end-user technology, and IT support services, while leading AI workflow deployments with cross-functional owners in Quality, Manufacturing/Supply Chain, and Commercial.

You will supervise IT Specialists and contractors, uphold cybersecurity controls, and ensure audit readiness in a regulated environment. The role requires ownership from start to finish in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years in IT roles including 2+ years supervising employees.
Experience with security controls and incident response.
Experience in regulated environments (21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485).
Experience with ERP/MRP, QMS/eQMS, CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day IT operations and non-product IT infrastructure (networks, endpoints, IAM, Microsoft 365, cloud services).
Manage onboarding/offboarding, access permissions, hardware provisioning, and equipment recovery.
Establish IT standards, procedures, and continuity plans including backup and DR/testing.
Drive data-driven IT performance KPIs for leadership review.
Oversee security posture, phishing prevention, patching, MFA, and incident response.
Manage internal IT budget, vendors, SLAs, and contractor relationships.
Scope and deploy IT workflows with business system owners and drive adoption.
