Job summary

SetPoint Medical is seeking an IT Manager to lead the company’s IT infrastructure, end-user technology, and IT support services from its Valencia, CA base. You will drive cybersecurity controls, support audit readiness, and ensure secure, scalable access for staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
At least 7+ years in IT roles with 2+ years supervising staff.
Experience with enterprise security, access management, and incident response.
Experience in regulated industries (21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485) preferred.
Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day IT operations and non-product infrastructure.
Lead IT security programs including training, MFA, patching, and incident response.
Own NPS software lifecycle, inventory, and vendor assessments.
Define SLAs, manage IT budget, and lead IT vendors/contractors.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deploy AI workflows and ensure regulatory alignment.
