CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an IT Manager or Director with hands-on technical leadership in Fort Lauderdale, onsite. You will oversee the global enterprise IT environment, steer ERP performance, and manage MSP partnerships across subsidiaries to support manufacturing and engineering operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in manufacturing/engineering contexts.
• Knowledge of CMMC, NIST, ITAR, and GDPR.
• Windows Server, Active Directory/Azure AD, and M365 administration.
• Networking basics: switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs.
• Patch management, backup/DR monitoring, and basic security hygiene.
• PowerShell or other scripting language.
• ERP systems in a production/engineering environment.
• IT infrastructure ownership across hybrid environments (onprem, cloud-adjacent, edge).
• IT contractors and MSP relationships including SLA management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day and strategic management of the enterprise IT environment.
• Ensure core systems and ERP performance support operations across sites.
• Oversee MSP partnerships and multi-site service delivery.
• Collaborate with OT, manufacturing, and product support teams to drive IT initiatives.

The IT Manager is responsible for the day-to-day and strategic management of the enterprise technology environment, ensuring core systems, infrastructure, and IT services effectively support engineering, manufacturing, global service operations, and ERP performance. The role establishes and oversees global MSP partnerships to expand service coverage across international subsidiaries and serves as a key liaison between enterprise IT, operational technology, and product support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in IT, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with demonstrated ownership of
  enterprise IT environments in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial operating
  contexts.
• Working knowledge of CMMC, NIST, ITAR, and GDPR standards.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory/Azure AD, and M365
  administration.
• Foundational networking knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with patch management, backup/DR monitoring, and basic security hygiene
  practices.
• PowerShell or other scripting language.
• Managing ERP systems in a production and engineering environment.
• IT infrastructure ownership across hybrid environments including onpremises,
  cloud-adjacent, and edge.
• IT contractors and MSP relationships including SLA management
  and multi-site service delivery.

Plus skills:

• Marine, manufacturing, production, or engineering environments
• IFS enterprise software
• Global and multi-entity IT management experience, including EU operations
• Cybersecurity frameworks relevant to marine and defense
  industry requirements, including familiarity with SOC 2 and relevant export control
  obligations.
