About The Role:
As the IT Manager, you’ll lead the charge in building and scaling the infrastructure that powers the fully remote, high-growth organization. This role is both strategic and hands on – balancing long term IT planning with day-to-day support across systems, cybersecurity, and vendor management. You’ll work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence, safeguard data and systems, and ensure seamless technology experience for all global team members (currently have employees based in US and India).

Compensation
$115K – $132K
The hiring company welcomes applicants from all U.S. time zones, though they have a preference for those based in Central or Mountain time zones.
