Company Description

RIVO is seeking an experienced, hands-on IT Manager to lead our IT operations and infrastructure while remaining actively involved in day-to-day support and technology management.

This is not a role where you'll simply delegate work from behind a desk. We're looking for a leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving problems, supporting end users, and working alongside their team. You'll oversee our technology infrastructure, network security, cloud platforms, and hardware environment while helping ensure our employees have the tools and support they need to succeed.

You'll partner closely with leadership to maintain a secure, scalable, and reliable technology environment while managing a small IT team and helping shape the future of our technology operations.

If you're the type of person who likes mentoring a team while still jumping into technical challenges, building solutions, and making a direct impact on business operations every day, we'd love to hear from you!
