CyberCoders is seeking an IT Manager to lead technology operations and infrastructure for our New York office. You will own day-to-day IT support, network management, vendor relationships, and IT strategy.

This role reports to leadership and partners with operations and engineering teams, in a hybrid environment with remote and on-site work options. You will manage IT security, compliance, disaster recovery, and IT budgets, while guiding staff and contractors to ensure system uptime and robust

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT operations experience.
• Experience with networking, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Linux/Windows environments.
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure or colocation environments is a plus.
• Vendor management and IT procurement experience.
• Strong IT security, compliance, and disaster recovery expertise.
• Hands-on problem solver in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience leading IT staff and contractors.

IT Manager - High Growth AI Infrastructure Company

Location: Remote in the USA

We are a publicly traded, vertically integrated AI infrastructure company that owns the full stack from power generation to GPU compute. While many in the space lease their infrastructure, we own our data centers, power assets, and bare-metal GPU platforms outright, giving us a cost and speed advantage that is hard to replicate at scale. We are expanding across multiple US markets and are an NVIDIA partner with next-generation hardware commitments already in place. The Role

We are looking for an IT Manager to lead all technology operations and infrastructure for our New York office. You will own everything from day-to-day IT support and network management to vendor relationships, security compliance, and IT strategy. You will report directly to leadership and work cross-functionally with our operations and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage IT infrastructure, systems, and support for the New York office on a hybrid basis out of Manhattan. Support employees across on-site and remote work environments. Own vendor management, licensing, procurement, and IT budget. Lead IT security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning. Oversee hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Manage IT staff and contractors as needed. Troubleshoot escalated issues and ensure system uptime. Collaborate with data center operations teams on connectivity and infrastructure needs.

What We Are Looking For

• 10+ years of IT operations experience.
• Experience with networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Linux and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure or colocation environments is a plus.
• Vendor management and IT procurement experience.
• Solid grasp of IT security, compliance, and disaster recovery. Hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience supporting a SOX-compliant or publicly traded company environment.
• Familiarity with IT general controls (ITGCs) and audit readiness.
• Understanding of data governance, access controls, and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Ability to work within structured procurement and vendor approval processes typical of a public company.
• Experience managing IT documentation, policies, and procedures

Compensation

• $130,000 to $160,000 base salary DOE + Bonus
• 401k w/ match and no vesting period
