Supervises all aspects of IT operations at facility including performing installations, upgrades, maintenance on network infrastructure including switches and servers. Troubleshoots hardware, software and network problems, performs systems administration, maintains network documentation and support requests log. Supports critical business systems, assembles and documents IT inventory and ensures customer satisfaction.
1.Cooperative work attitude toward co-employees, management, patients, visitors, physicians and vendors.
2. Experience with Windows 11, ConnectWise, Windows OS, Active Directory, and O365.
3. Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Hyper‑V, IIS and Remote Desktop Services experience, Backup management, Office 365 Admin Suite, SharePoint/OneDrive.
4. Ability to address problems continuously and work through to resolution.
5. Ability to work nights, weekends or at customer site is required.
