Textron’s 2027 Leadership Development Internship Program – Information Technology offers a paid, full-time 10-week summer internship. Interns work on real IT projects alongside seasoned professionals, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship while exploring interests and building new skills in a supportive environment.

Locations include Providence, RI among several mobility options; geographic mobility is required as assignments vary across six business units.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Proactive and results-driven with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist on real IT projects alongside experienced professionals.
• Gain hands-on training and mentorship throughout the internship.
